Pupil Premium Grant
The Pupil Premium is funding in addition to the school’s budget. Schools are free to decide how to allocate this funding to best support the raising of attainment for the most vulnerable pupils.
Carr Head uses the Pupil Premium Grant in line with the school strategy to meet the needs of identified pupils. This strategy will be reviewed every 2 years and the next review is due in November 2020.
In 2015-16, Carr Head received a Pupil Premium Grant in the region of £42,000. This was increased to £62 000 in 2016-17.
In 2018 – 19 the PPG is £56,736.
